Collaborative logistics platform for runners to share travel and accommodation expenses.
A strategic co-founded project designed to centralize race logistics. I lead the technical architecture and development of the MVP, creating a platform where runners can find events, coordinate shared transportation, and manage lodging in a social, community-driven environment.
The Challenge
Solve the fragmentation of logistical information for runners and facilitate safe contact to share expenses. The challenge consisted of building a functional MVP in 90 days that integrated a race search engine, a logistical status system, and real-time messaging.
The Solution
Implemented a modular Fullstack architecture (React/Node.js) with a community upload and administrative validation system. I designed a user flow where race attendance is conditioned on defining logistical needs, connecting compatible profiles through an internal 1-on-1 chat.
