ATE — Membership Management Platform
Full-stack web app for managing association memberships: installment payment plans, QR access control, and a complete admin panel.
Internal system used by members, access staff, and administrators. Members manage their membership from a mobile-first personal profile; administrators review payments, manage users, and configure business rules from a desktop panel.
The Challenge
Build a comprehensive membership management system serving three distinct profiles (members, access staff, and administrators), with installment billing, real-time access validation, and a complete admin panel.
The Solution
Developed the full-stack solution end to end: data modeling, REST API, member and admin interfaces, and automated testing (unit and service). Migrated receipt storage from base64-in-MongoDB to the Dropbox API (OAuth with refresh tokens and raw=1 shared links) to reduce document size and server response weight.
